Not sure why the decision to record a bunch of songs so sparsely, but this one turned out pretty good and Tim Rippington, (Beatnik Filmstarts, who recorded these tracks), I think got a really good sound. Ged wasn't present at the recording, (not sure why, I think we where falling apart as a band), so I drummed and sang and Nicola played bass, and Matty guitar. It was the last time I recorded with Matty and Nicola. We also recorded 2 tracks for the "One Side Of Boyracer" 7inch on Slumberland at the same time, and those two songs also have a similar feel to them. Stripped down and without our trademark feedback racket. I guess I was trying to prove something at the time, but Im not sure what it was now...
